The Pairing Table is more than just a simple wine-and-food pairing dinner: it's a sensory experience designed to create a continuous dialogue between the plate and the glass.
Each course is created alongside its wine until the ideal balance is found, so that the wine reveals new nuances through the food and, at the same time, the dish enhances the character, aromas, and identity of the wine. A mutual encounter in which neither element accompanies the other, but both complement and enhance each other.
At the heart of the experience is a convivial bar, designed as an open and relaxed space for sharing an authentic moment. A place where you can freely choose your own way to experience the evening: engage in conversation with other guests, discover shared stories and passions around wine, or enjoy the journey in a more intimate and personal way, respecting your own pace and privacy.
