Emiliana Ferraroni and Felice Lo Basso opened three restaurants between 2016 and 2020: in 2016, Felix Lo Basso Restaurant in Piazza Duomo, Milan; in 2018, Memorie Restaurant in Trani; and in 2020, they redefined the concept of hospitality and dining in Milan with the new Chef’s Table concept.

 

All three restaurants were awarded a Michelin star within a short time of opening.

After ten years of intense collaboration in Italy, Emiliana Ferraroni followed her dream of opening a restaurant in her homeland and place of residence, the Canton Ticino.

 

Her meeting with a group of Ticino-based investors made it possible to bring this vision to life in a captivating location at Via Fomelino 10 in Sorengo-Lugano.
