Chef Lo Basso has redesigned the concept of welcome and hospitality, thus promoting dialogue and a more meaningful experience for the customer.
The concept removes the barriers between the guest and the Chef, encouraging conversation as his art unfolds by preparing and presenting an ever-changing surprise tasting menu.

Open from Wednesday to Saturday for dinner, single entry at 8:00 pm.
Open Saturday and Sunday for lunch, single entry at 12:30 (with an easier menu).
