Chef Lo Basso has redesigned the concept of welcome and hospitality, thus promoting dialogue and a more meaningful experience for the customer.
The concept removes the barriers between the guest and the Chef, encouraging conversation as his art unfolds by preparing and presenting an ever-changing surprise tasting menu.

Open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner, single entry at 7:30 pm.
Open Friday and Saturday for lunch, single entry at 12:30 (with an easier menu).

BISTROT À LA CARTE

In this second proposal, taste is expressed through an à la carte menu that conquers, both in flavors and portions, without ever sacrificing refinement.
