At the Felix Lo Basso Restaurant there is a cellar dedicated to Soledì where you can taste the wines NiK1, emiolé and soon the new Écla.

Soledì Sagl, based in Lugano, was founded in 2018 by the three Ferraroni brothers: Ivan, Corrado and Emiliana with the aim of creating a project that would establish their strong bond and pay homage to the territory where they grew up: the Canton of Ticino.

Soledì wines are born in the vineyard called Ronco, which is located on the right side of the Val delle Cognane (Canton Ticino), with a vineyard area of 3000 square meters that boasts over 50 years of age for half of the vineyard. The vineyard is terraced and faces south-south/west, with an extremely optimal orientation where the sun never fails!

We produce wines that are positioned between the Right Bank Bordeaux and the SuperTuscans, but have their own local expression.

It is a very small production and the focus is on quality, starting from the vineyard up to the winemaking technique and aging.

Our red wines are the first tangible and concrete acts to feel united, and to best enhance this intention of ours we are accompanied by three protagonists from three different fields, who perfectly complete our project:

Giuliano Cormano (winemaker), Emilio “Toto” Martinenghi (artist) whose works are reproduced on our labels and of course Chef FELICE LO BASSO.

Felice's extraordinary talent in creating the best culinary experience has led to the ideal balance between food and wine, devising the pairing to best enhance the first tasting experience of NiK1.

Felice continues on this path and for years has continued to pair his dishes with Soledì wines.
