After 9 years of intense work in this city we are preparing to write a new story,
with the same strength and passion, with our usual streak of madness,
but with the humility and dedication that have always accompanied us along the way.

With hands marked by sacrifice and eyes full of memories we venture into our new story.
We are grateful to those who wanted to make space for us to trace it, giving us new pages to write.

Our guests, friends, collaborators and suppliers have been a fundamental part of our past.

Many of them will also be part of our future.
